اعلام 32 بورسیه فول فاند دکتری در دانشگاه KTH استکهلم سوئد اعلام شد. بورسیه ها به صورت فول فاند و بعد از مصاحبه با افراد انتخاب شده طی دو مرحله اعطا خواهد شد.
