میزان حقوق و شرایط  بورسیه در دانشگاه NTNU نروژ

به عنوان یک کاندید دکترا (کد 1017) بسته به شرایط و سابقه کار، معمولاً از 491 هزار  کرون ناخالص در سال قبل از مالیات پرداخت می‌شود. از حقوق، 2٪ به عنوان کمک به صندوق بازنشستگی خدمات عمومی نروژ کسر می شود.
مدت استخدام 4 سال می باشد که یک سال آن با توافق کار وظیفه می باشد. انتصاب در موقعیت دکترا مستلزم آن است که شما در دوره دکتری علوم اجتماعی در مدت سه ماه پس از استخدام پذیرفته شوید و در طول دوره استخدام در یک برنامه دکتری سازمان یافته شرکت کنید.
به عنوان یک کاندید دکترا، شما متعهد می شوید که در یک برنامه دکتری سازمان یافته در طول دوره استخدام شرکت کنید. شرط انتصاب این است که شما در واقع واجد شرایط پذیرش در دوره دکتری ظرف سه ماه باشید. انتصاب طبق شرایطی انجام می شود که در هر زمان برای کارمندان ایالتی اعمال می شود، و پس از انتصاب باید فرض کنید که ممکن است تغییراتی در زمینه کاری ایجاد شود.
اقامت اولیه در تروندهایم (بعد از پذیرش) یک پیش نیاز است. شخص منصوب باید در مکانی زندگی کند که بتواند در موسسه حضور داشته باشد و در دسترس باشد.
