پاداش پایان سال درصدی از حقوق ناخالص ماهانه شما در ماه نوامبر است. دوره مرجعی که پاداش پایان سال در آن محاسبه می شود، اشتغال در دوره ژانویه تا سپتامبر همان سال است.
برای دستیاران، دستیاران آموزشی و همکاران پژوهشی پاداش پایان سال 67 درصد از حقوق ناخالص ماهانه آنها در ماه نوامبر است.
برای دستیاران فوق دکتری، هیات علمی کاردانی که بر اساس مقیاس دستمزد دستیاران فوق دکتری و بالاتر و اساتید مدعو پرداخت می شود، پاداش پایان سال 59 درصد است.
این پاداش مشمول کسورات تامین اجتماعی و مالیات بر حقوق است.
پاداش تعطیلات
پاداش تعطیلات 92٪ از حقوق ناخالص ماهانه شما در ژوئن سال جاری میلادی است. دوره مرجعی که پاداش تعطیلات در آن محاسبه می شود، اشتغال در سال گذشته است.

اکو-چک

به عنوان یک کارمند، شما مستحق دریافت اکو-چک هستید، مزایایی که از آن مالیاتی دریافت نمی کنید و سهم تامین اجتماعی را پرداخت نمی کنید. در طول دوره مرجع بر اساس سال تحصیلی (اکتبر سال قبل تا سپتامبر سال مربوطه) یک اکوچک 20 یورویی در هر ماه تمام وقت دریافت خواهید کرد. بنابراین یک کارمند تمام وقت حق دریافت چک اکو به مبلغ 240 یورو به صورت سالانه را دارد.

تعطیلات

شما می توانید از یک ترتیب تعطیلات استثنایی در کنار حق تعطیلات قانونی برخوردار شوید:

4 هفته مرخصی قانونی (بر اساس اشتغال شما در سال گذشته).
5 تعطیلات اضافی در بالای 10 تعطیلات رسمی؛
5 روز مرخصی اضافی (به نسبت درصد اشتغال شما و مدت قرارداد شما در سال جاری). به ازای هر پنج سال خدمت بدون وقفه، 1 روز اضافه با مجموع حداکثر 10 روز مرخصی اضافی دریافت می کنید.
تعطیلی عمومی بین کریسمس و سال نو؛
ترتیبی برای غیبت کوتاه مدت و مرخصی اجتماعی که وسیعتر از مقررات قانونی باشد.

بیماری

به عنوان یک کارمند KU Leuven شما در صورت بیماری تعدادی مزایای اضافی دریافت می کنید.
