بیش از 33 بورسیه فول فاند دکتری (دکترا) در KIT (مؤسسه فناوری کارلسروهه) آلمان در حوزه های مهندسی و علوم پایه در دوره های سه الی چهار ساله اعلام شده است. KIT از دانشگاه های فوق العاده آلمان می باشد.

علوم مهندسی از جمله  کامپیوتر،  مهندسی صنایع، مهندسی برق، مهندسی مکانیک، علوم کامپیوتر، مهندسی میکروسیستم، ساخت و تولید، مهندسی شیمی، فناوری اطلاعات، مهندسی فرآیند، فناوری انرژی، فناوری اطلاعات، ریاضیات کاربردی، فیزیک، مهندسی مواد، بیولوژی، شیمی، مکاترونیک، فیزیک، علم مواد، شبکه بی سیم، کنترل خودکار، ریاضیات، معماری سخت افزار، کاوش فضای طراحی، سیستم، زبان و ادبیات آلمانی، کسب و کار در ریاضیات، کسب و کار در علوم کامپیوتر، بیزینس، مهندسی پزشکی، علم داده، علوم محیط زیست، فناوری میکروسیستم، شیمی ارگانیک آلی، هواشناسی، جغرافیا، ژئوانفورماتیک، تکنولوژی و صنایع غذایی، اقتصاد و رشته های مورد ارتباط آنها

-میزان حقوق خالص

دستمزد بر اساس توافقنامه دستمزد خدمات ملکی در TV-L E13، بسته به تحقق الزامات حرفه ای و شخصی، رخ می دهد. معمولا (بعد از کسر مالیات) 1600 تا 2400 یورو به صورت ماهانه بر اساس ساعت کاری آلمان به اضافه مزایا می باشد.
