بیش از 10 بورسیه فول فاند دکتری (دکترا) در KIT (مؤسسه فناوری کارلسروهه) آلمان در حوزه های مهندسی و علوم پایه در دوره های سه الی چهار ساله اعلام شده است. KIT از دانشگاه های فوق العاده آلمان می باشد.

حوزه های مورد نیاز

فیزیک، شیمی، علوم مواد، مهندسی (بیو)شیمی، ریاضیات، (بیو)فیزیک، مهندسی (بیو)فرآیند، فیزیک، فیزیک محیط زیست، ژئوفیزیک یا هواشناسی، علوم زمین کاربردی، ژئوفیزیک، مهندسی محیط زیست،  و رشته های مورد ارتباط آنها

بعضی از بورسیه ها نیازمند به زبان آلمانی می باشد. 

-میزان حقوق خالص

دستمزد بر اساس توافقنامه دستمزد خدمات ملکی در TV-L E13، بسته به تحقق الزامات حرفه ای و شخصی، رخ می دهد. معمولا (بعد از کسر مالیات) 1600 تا 2400 یورو به صورت ماهانه بر اساس ساعت کاری آلمان به اضافه مزایا می باشد.
